  • Immigration Fees List

We believe in the full transparency of costs therefore; we will not charge you
hourly rates, instead, you will be charged at a fixed fee. We look to offer you
the service that would help you the most.

There is a range of immigration applications that we advise and assist on. We have
compiled a list of services that we provide to help you identify what is
relevant for you.

Our Service and Fees

The firm is VAT registered, and a 20% VAT will be applied where applicable.

Our service includes:

All attendance, interview client(s) and advise, prepare online applications,
telephone and written correspondence with the client, draft and submit
applications to Home Office and upload supporting documents.

Please see below an example of how we charge:

Fixed Fees – Immigration Law

All fees are in GBP (VAT at 20% where applicable)

1. All Home Office Applications in the UK

  • Legal Fees: £700 + VAT (£140) = £840 except small applications (e. g. Travel document, BRP Renewal, Writing Letter to Home Office)

·      What’s included:

·      Review of documentation and initial assessment of your case

 

·      Preparation of documents in support of the application

 

·     Submission of the application to the Home Office

 

·    Correspondence with you regarding the progress and outcome

 

       ·      What’s not included: Any subsequent appeal if the application is unsuccessful

 

       · Payment options: Paid in full on completion or via instalment plan.

 

Below is an example for Home Office fees:

  • Home Office Application Fees: Approximately £1,258 to £2,885, depending on the type of application. This is in addition to the Immigration Health Surcharge of £1,035 per year and biometric appointment fees, which range from £100 to £250, depending on the chosen service and centre.

  • Additional FeesIf the applicant wishes to apply for further Leave to Remain through a Fee Waiver, an additional £500 will be added to the £700 fee. The same applies for change of condition or transfer of condition applications. Additionally, for complex cases, extra charges may apply, which will be explained in advance.

2. Work Visa, Company Sponsorship Licence, Sole Representative Visa Applications in the UK

  • Legal Fees: £1500 + VAT £300 = £1800

·      Breakdown is similar to the above section.


  • Home Office Fees: Varies by organization size from £600 to £1200 + Immigration Health Surcharge.

·    Check Home Office website for up-to-date fees.


3. Entry Clearance Applications (e.g., Spouse Visa)

  • Legal Fees: £1000 (No VAT) for single applicant. Additional fee of £300 may apply for each dependant. 

Breakdown as above.

  • Home Office Application Fees: £1600 (approx.) + Immigration Health Surcharge £1035 per year + biometric appointment fees = £100 to £250 (approx.) for standard applications. 

·      Home Office Fees May differ for priority service for faster processing.


4. Asylum Claims

  • Legal Fees: £1000 to £1500 (No VAT)

·      Payment options: Instalment payment plan available.


·      Home Office Fee: £0


·      Note: Legal Aid is available for asylum claims, but not offered by us.


5. Home Office/Court Bail Applications

  • Legal Fees: £800 (No VAT)·      

Excludes barrister’s fees for hearings.


·      Home Office Fee: £0


6. Appeal Preparation & Hearing

  • Legal Fees: £1200 + VAT £240 = £1440

·      Excludes court fees and other disbursements.

·      Court Fee: £140


7. Judicial Review

  • Legal Fees: £1500 + VAT £300 = £1800

·      Court Fee: £154


8. Other Home Office Representations (Pending Matters)

  • Legal Fees: £500 + VAT £100 = £600

9. Third Party Costs

  • Costs such as court fees (ranging from £140+), Home Office fees (ranging from £0 to £4500), and litigation costs are payable directly by the client to the third party counsel/barrister/expert.

Additional Notes:

  • Timeframes for Home Office or court decisions vary, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months or more.
