the service that would help you the most.

The firm is VAT registered, and a 20% VAT will be applied where applicable.

Our Service Includes:

All attendance, interview client(s) and advise, prepare online applications, telephone and written correspondence with the client, draft and submit applications to Home Office and upload supporting documents.

You’re not sure if you meet the rules. The immigration rules in the United Kingdom are complicated and difficult to understand, and it is often unclear if a person satisfies the requirements for a certain route. Fixed Fees – Immigration Law

Legal Fees: £1500 + VAT (£300) = £1800

This fixed fee covers the following stages:

2. Preparation of Application Documents (5-7 days): We will prepare all necessary documents for the application, including forms, evidence, and supporting documents.

4. Communication with the Home Office (Ongoing, 1-3 months): We will handle any correspondence from the Home Office, responding to requests for further documentation, and keeping you updated on the progress of your application.
5. Outcome Notification (1-2 days): Once a decision is made, we will inform you of the result and advise you on next steps.

Disbursements:

In addition to the legal fees, there are several disbursements to consider, which vary depending on the type of visa and the applicant’s situation. These include:

Home Office Fees: These fees are paid to the Home Office for processing the application. The amount can range from £719 to £1639 depending on the type of visa and the size of the sponsoring organisation.

Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS): This is a fee paid to access the National Health Service (NHS) during your stay in the UK. It is paid directly to the Home Office and is £1035 per year, depending on the length of your visa. For example, a 2-year visa will cost £2,070 for the IHS.

Fees: If any documents need translation, this can cost between £50 – £100 per hour, depending on the language and the document’s complexity.

Fees for Entry Clearance Applications

• Legal Fees: £1,200 (No VAT) for a single applicant. An additional fixed fee of £300 applies for each dependant.

   The Home Office visa application fees for entry clearance vary depending on the visa category and length of stay. Typical ranges are:

3. Asylum: Key Stages of Our Service

Asylum Claims – Legal Fees and Payment

·      Legal Fees: £1000 to £1500 (No VAT). The
variation in the fee depends on the complexity of the case, the level of documentation required, and the support needed during the application process.

Pricing Examples:

o  Basic Case (no complex legal issues or additional documentation): £1000.

o Complex Case (additional documentation, more extensive legal review): £1500.

·       Payment Options: We offer flexible payment options, including an instalment plan, to assist with managing the cost of our services.

·      Home Office Fee: £0. There is no charge by the Home Office for submitting an asylum application.

·      Disbursements: Additional disbursements may apply depending on your case. Common disbursements include:

o    Translator Fees: Estimated at £50 to £100 per hour depending on the language and amount of work required.

o Barrister Fees: Estimated at £800 to £1500, depending on the complexity of the case and whether the barrister is required for legal advice or representation.

o  Country Expert Report – Estimated at £800 to £1200

o   Social Services/Worker Report – Estimated at £800 to £1500

·    Note: Legal Aid is available for asylum claims, but we do not offer this option as part of our services.

4. Home Office/Court Bail Applications

Legal Fees: £800 (No VAT).
This fee covers the following services:

1. Initial Consultation and Assessment (1-2
   days): We will review your situation, explain the bail process, and assess the likelihood of success based on your circumstances.
2. Preparation of Application (3-5 days): We will prepare the necessary documentation and forms required for the Home Office or Court Bail application.
3. Submission of Application (On approval day):
   We will submit the application on your behalf to the relevant authorities.
4. Ongoing Communication (Ongoing, 1-3 months):
   We will handle any communications with the Home Office or the Court regarding the progress of your application.
5. Outcome Notification (1-2 days): Once a decision has been made, we will inform you of the result.

Barrister’s Fees:
Barrister fees may be required for hearings, legal advice, or representation.
Typical costs are as follows:

• Barrister Fee for Hearing/Representation:

Disbursements: Additional disbursements may apply depending on the specifics of your case, including:

2. Preparation of Documents (3-5 days): We will assist in preparing any necessary documents, including submissions, evidence, or requests to the Home Office related to your pending matter.
3. Liaison with the Home Office (Ongoing, up to 2-3 months): We will communicate with the Home Office on your behalf, providing updates and responding to any requests or inquiries made by them.
4. Outcome Notification (1-2 days): We will inform you of any decisions made by the Home Office and advise you on the next steps.

 What is Included in the Legal Fees:

• The £600 legal fee includes all the above services, such as consultations, document preparation, and communication with the Home Office.
• Travel: The quoted fee does not cover any travel costs. If travel is required for meetings with the Home Office or other related appointments, additional charges may apply based on the distance and time involved. Travel costs will be agreed upon in advance.

Restrictions:

• The £600 fee covers the services listed above for pending Home Office matters. It does not cover services for legal hearings or appeals (for which separate fees apply).
• If the matter involves more complex issues or
  requires substantial additional work, the fee may be adjusted. In such cases, you will be informed upfront and the costs will be outlined accordingly.

7. British Citizenship Applications Legal Fees: £800 + VAT (£160) = £960

What’s Included:

• Review of documentation and eligibility
  assessment: A comprehensive assessment of your eligibility for Britis citizenship based on the applicable requirements, including residency,
  language, and good character.
• Preparation of the citizenship application:
  Assistance in completing the application form and ensuring that all required documents are in order.
• Submission of the application: Submission of the completed application to the Home Office and any other relevant bodies.
• Correspondence with you: Ongoing communication regarding the progress of the application, including any additional information required by the Home Office.

Home Office Application Fees:

The Home Office fee for British Citizenship applications varies based on the type of application.
